It was really a great experience of working with over dozens of other colleagues and being one of the top producers. And in 1996, I transferred to another well-established franchised real estate office—ERA professionals in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. I also received awards for excellence in production & service. I established Capital Home Realty in 1997 and have helped hundreds of sellers and buyers to get into their new home. Over the past 12 years, I’ve received intensive trainings, and taken many real estate courses, such as the Real Estate Appraisal Courses, Property Management, Real Estate Contracts & Laws, Tax Free Exchange of Residential Investment Property, Tax Advantages of Home Ownership, Methods of Residential Finance, ADA & Fair Housing, and Environmental Issues.
